Jim Perretty is the executive vice president and COO for Children of America, a high-quality childcare service provider focused on early childhood education. Jim Perretty brings more than 23 years of expertise in financial management, human resources, marketing and growth strategies to his position.
Jim Perretty joined Children of America in 2000 just as the Delray Beach, FL-based organization began to grow in the Virginia area. Working closely with CEO Thad Pryor to expand the childcare chain and open locations throughout the country, James Perretty has orchestrated Children of America center openings in Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin and continues on track with future plans to expand the company to more than 330 new centers in the northeast, mid-Atlantic and Midwest.
Prior to joining Children of America, Jimmy Perretty was a key executive with several South Florida-based public relations and advertising agencies overseeing and managing company activities and finances.
